Ayres Rock Hostel & Campsite
Paul and Julie welcome you to excellent four star Visit Scotland accredited Hostel facilities. Ayre’s Rock is a small quiet friendly hostel & campsite set on the beach front. The hostel which is a converted barn & byre with thick stone walls set in a grassed court yard alongside the converted mill and stables.
The hostel sleeps eight people with two twin rooms available for single occupancy, one family room and a fully fitted kitchen to relax in at the end of the day. Beds can be booked on a self-catering basis. Our campsite overlooks the Noust of Ayre with lovely sea views. We have three Camping Pods for all year camping and a static caravan, our campsite has a modern heated shower block.
We are ideally located for enjoying everything Sanday has to offer. Come and experience Sanday an Orkney Island at its best with beautiful sandy beaches, an isle steeped in history and charm.
We offer a sanctuary for those that seek it, a perfect place to relax.
